New cousin Harrison

Lucas got to visit his new cousin Harrison on Sunday. I'm sure it won't be long before those two are running around like crazy.

Here's Lucas trying out his new sippy cup. I've purchased quite a few and I think I've finally found the one he likes. It's the one with a straw. We were at a picnic on Sunday of families with internationally adopted children. When he got fussy in his stroller, I gave him the new sippy. It didn't take him long to figure it out. He choked on the water a little and he was soaked after a few minutes. But he was really proud when he got some water out. He kept giving me the biggest smile. This picture is in his car seat and he's still practicing.

Here's Lucas eating a biscuit. He tried to put the whole thing in his mouth! Isn't he adorable? I had to pull it out by the end and he held on tight with his teeth.

And Sunday night, I was cleaning out his closet. He has so many clothes that he has grown out of. Anyway, I found this sand bucket that Aunt Megan gave him when he came home. It was full of that cool yellow paper. He loved making a mess with it. Thanks so much Aunt Megan.

Congrats on the new cousin!!!! My kids love to play with the crinkled paper, too...and they are 3, 5, & 6! Lots of fun, and not too hard to clean up!
Blessings-
