Fun times

We are a busy family. :) Last weekend, we visited with our wonderful friends from St Louis, the Jaruses. We were celebrating our Vietnamese adoption day from 4 years ago. (It's hard to believe we've had our wonderful boys for 4 years.) I was a little worried that Lucas would be a little stand-offish with Jonathan, but it didn't take long for the boys to start running around like best buddies. They were so cute together.

Lucas has become extremely social recently. He played outside with a neighbor's grandson and he says hi to everyone we meet. I'm just amazed at how he's come out of his shell after the first year plus of preschool.

As you can see from the pictures, it was hard to get any poses from the boys. They were always falling over or off the toys. Or laying upside down. Such great personalities. It was pretty funny, except while I was trying to get the pictures.







And this weekend, we had lunch at the Japanese Steakhouse with Aunt Jean, my mom's sister. Lucas was so excited. Here she is, showing the kids the fish at the restaurant. It was pretty funny, because after lunch, Aunt Jean and Uncle Matt took Lucas for a ride in their car. When she dropped him back off to me, she said, does he talk all the time? LOL! YES!!! HE TALKS ALL THE TIME! Does anyone remember when he turned two and I was worried he'd never talk? Those days are long gone.
