We had a wonderful Christmas! I hope all our friends did too.
I was off work from 12/21 - 1/2, so we got to spend a lot of quality family time together. We made cookies, Lydia was in charge of sprinkles and dumped a whole container of green on 1 cookie. :)
We went to church on Christmas Eve. Didn't Lydia look beautiful in the American Girl dress that Nana got for her?
And here are the kids in their matching PJs, opening presents. That Santa guy makes a real mess.
Here we are on Christmas Eve. The kids got me presents at the kiddie bazaar. A lovely scarf and a bracelet of sea animals. This is the third year we've attended the kiddie bazaar. The kids go in the bazaar without me. They have a helper help them shop as I wait outside. The gifts range from .50 - $4. So this year, I gave them each $20 and sent them into shop for Mommy, each other, Nana, Grandad and Aunt Ali. I was a little concerned when Lucas came out and he still had over $11. But when Lydia came out and still had over $15, I knew we were going to get some stellar presents. Grandad got a backscratcher from Lucas and a tiny flashlight from Lydia. Nana got a red Christmas finger towel from Lucas and a "lovely" stuffed pig from Lydia (one of those homemade ones in a flower fabric.) Aunt Ali got a scarf similar to mine from Lucas. Lydia got Lucas a huge pair of socks. And Lucas got Lydia some gloves that she loves. :)

Wow the kids are getting so big. I do love the American girl dress. My girls are big American girl fans.
