There was one more nice November day last weekend, so what should we do? rake leaves or go to the zoo??
The zoo won!
We had tons of fun. I pushed my to "monkeys" all over the zoo in our double stroller. Boy was I tired after 4 hours and lots of animals. We pretty much saw it all. (yes that is a hippo swimming by us) The kids had so much fun, they didn't want to leave. And since it was 80 degrees in November, we just had to get ice cream, right?
I almost wish they could stay this age forever. It's just so much fun - when we aren't arguing or fighting or wrestling or being rowdy...... Ok, so most days aren't as perfect as our day at the zoo, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. :)
